OUR FOCUS

Our focus is on development and empowerment of the neglected sectors of society in our Diocese. Our special emphasis is on betterment of women and girl children. Creating "communities of community" is our goal.

WHO ARE WE?

Based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, the Catholic Diocese of Indore has been actively involved with social work for several decades. The Diocese jurisdiction spans three districts of Indore, Dewas and Dhar. In 1982 the Diocese decided to create a full fledged NGO devoted exclusively to social work and called it - Indore Diocese Social Service Society, now popularly known as IDSSS.
